Join Emily Taylor, Jyoti Snyder and Crystal Smith for a weekend of adventure and exploration in beautiful Orcas Island, WA.

Emily and Jyoti both have a deep passion for yoga. They are long time students and teachers and both have studied with several of the brightest illuminaries in the yoga world today. Jyoti teaches with the intention of exploring and discovering our own amazing bodies, both their inner beauty and outer capabilities. Emily lights up any room and thrives on creativity, love, light and the palpable good vibes that she creates both on and off the mat. Crystal Smith is a gifted LMT, not only in her bodywork, but beyond in nurturing the human body and spirit. She will be available for bodywork throughout the retreat period. With this trio, its sure to be an extraordinary couple of days full of summer sunshine, adventure, exploration, laughter and connection.

We chose this time of year to celebrate the long NW summer days and all that the stunningly beautiful San Juan island of Orcas offers. Both Emily and Jyoti have spent time roaming this amazing landscape and feel personally connected to the laid back, artistic and earthy vibe of the island. A perfect place to retreat and explore! Several hours drive from Portland and an amazing ferry ride to boot, you will arrive feeling miles away without having to hop on a plane.

Look forward to:

  • Vibrant morning yoga practices

  • Relaxing evening practices

  • Simply prepared & delicious vegetarian food (other food restrictions can be accomodated)

  • Stargazing, evening fireside chats

  • Optional guided hikes, whale watching and water activities

  • Massage therapy available

  • Surprises and gifts that arise when in the companionship of other amazing women

Memories of the Orcas Island Retreat are rich and full. I was one of two that stayed in tents near the house; we had twinkly lights, slippers, flowers, a little chai tea to take home, and a cozy bed with lots of blankets. That was just the start of an amazing retreat full of yoga, hikes, whale watching, kayaking, meditation, cozy talks, and delicious meals.
